What is the best infertility choice for a woman who is 41 years old?

There are a lot of infertility treatment options out there, just looking for one that will assure good results.

    no offense but if you haven’t had a child by 41 you should adopt, if you have a child there are lots of health risks for you AND the baby, and do you really want your 20 somethin yr old to be taking care of you when you get old? shouldn’t they have a young adult lire too?

    After 10 years of trying to conceive my husband left me at age 40. after hooking up with a very hot 28 year old I was pregnant in three months-had a blast too! I think my moral is to learn to relax…
