Can Lupron Depot help me to conceive after it calms down the endometriosis?

I was diagnosed with severe endometriosis 3 years ago and had a laparoscopy done. Now my doctor wants to put me on Lupron Depot to calm the endometriosis. My question is will it increase me chances of fertility once I get off it in 6 months? I am looking for an infertility treatment and it seems taht everyone on it still goes through with In Vitro which I can’t afford….Thank you
