Is there any kind of infertility insurance?

*Praying* for a 2009 *Baby* !!! asked:

Because my insurance is BCBS of Michigan and the cover absolutely NO infertility treatments. Is there any way that I could up my coverage? or are there other insurances that would cover infertility treatments?
I have already been through 10 months of my gyno trying options that he himself could prescribe / administer. We have tried Metformin, and Clomid I even went through 200 mg of clomid with no results. He said the next step would be injectibles, but he has never done that himself, and living in a small town, there are no other gynocologists who handle that.
