Infertility treatments are not tax deductible per se.  However, with some FSA (flexible spending accounts) plans, you can submit receipts for infertility related costs and reimburse yourself with the pre-tax dollars.  

This would be the only way that I am aware of that you could recoup your costs.  There are no infertility treatments that would affect (beneficially or not) your filing a tax return if that is what you are asking.</description>
